It’s true, I love F words and I am not ashamed to admit it! There are so many amazing F words that we are so worried to say out loud, and I for one think we need to use them as much as possible!

Why? So that we remove the shame related
to them, cause shame is lame!

I am dedicated to reminding women that they
are a big F’ing deal, dismantling patriarchal beauty standards and encouraging women to take up more space – which I know is NOT easy to do.

My speaking engagements are more than just talks; they’re an invitation to connect, to feel, and to transform.

Whether I’m addressing body acceptance, the nuances of storytelling, or the journey of living with a chronic illness, my goal is to spark hope.

I am not here to be another motivational speak that leaves people thinking they wish they could be like me, that’s boring and so 2010.

Instead I will leave your audience feeling like:

“F’YEAH I CAN DO THIS TOO!“

In fact, my entire business was a big risk take! As a woman living with Multiple Sclerosis you wouldn’t have thought I would be one to want to lug camera gear around 10+hour wedding days, but I did and I f’ing loved it!

Was I scared, you bet I was! AND I knew it was finally time to leap in to what I love, an insatiable curiosity about people and telling stories. While I hung up my wedding photographer hat, I will never let go of my camera.

SMASHING THE PATRIARCHY ONE PORTRAIT AT A TIME

I believe ALL bodies are beautiful as they are, beauty standards can and over photoshopping people to fit
them, can eff right off! My work aims to liberate women, offering them an opportunity to feel alive and
feel in their bodies – without shame, and without judgement.
This is about boldly embracing yourself and giving a saucy middle finger up to
all those haters out there, cause you are worth every ounce of admiration.

SENSUAL EMBODIMENT WITHOUT LIMITS

We are all sensual beings, regardless of our age, our body shape and size, our race,
our gender identity, sexuality, ability, religious affiliation. PERIOD. I believe in women and femmes having
full autonomy over their bodies and their sensuality for their own damn pleasure, without shame or
limits put on us by toxic beauty standards created by the patriarchy!

PLAY IS ESSENTIAL FOR OUR MENTAL HEALTH

There is endless research around how play is essential for our mental health, and I believe it!
Life gets way to serious as an adult (for obvious reasons!) which is why I like to encourage more play,
inspiring others to engage in creative self-exploration.

WE MUST THINK BEYOND OURSELVES

I know that it is hard enough to do things for yourself, let alone think about doing things for others,
but hear me out, because doing things alone sucks. What if, we all took up more space, together.
I love to think that every time someone does something for themselves
that they may act as a role model for others that accepting and heck even loving yourself, is possible.

THE BADASSERY OF SIMPLICITY

Let’s start with thanking Da Vinci for this quote: “Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.”
We over complicate everything as humans, I know, I’ve done! It’s such a beautiful thing when we can slow down,
and just be. Just be in our bodies, in our hearts and in the depths of our soul.
And again, I know this is hard to do, but trust me there are no fancy tricks, props or affirmations needed.
