Keep - It - Simple - Sweetie 💋

My top three things I suggest to everyone to bring to their photoshoot are:

- black bodysuit/bathing suit
- your fave cool jacket, could be denim, leather, blazer, cardi, trench (love me a tench coat!)
- black slip dress of any style

Honestly, ‘the what to wear’ doesn’t matter as much as you think.

But I get it, clothing literally covers us, makes us feel comfortable and makes us feel safe.

So pick things that do that for you. No need buy things that are not your usual vibe, unless you want to!

What matters most - your willingness to step in front of the camera and trust yourself that regardless of what you’re wearing, you’re dedicating this experience to yourself with love.

I have some lovely pieces here in my client wardrobe that you’re welcome to use to supplement your look and play dress up 💋

You don't have to be a certain something to do a photo shoot. You, yourself are just perfect as you are.

You don't need to lose weight, be a model, grow out your hair, wait til a special occasion etc.

Nope. All you need is you and a willingness to trust that you will feel ah-maaaazing! I promise.

You know deep down that you can do this. Anyone can. You just have to say yes. You got this!

While, yes I do happy dances when I’m allowed to share - think Elaine from Seinfeld - I also know it’s a big ask and want you to be in full control over who gets to see your new badass portraits.

Part of my mission is to be a ripple of change in body acceptance and I know that when we choose to share and take up more space this is like holding out a hand for others to do the same.

I give you 5 options on how your photos may, or may not, be used.
